Q: What is the diameter of the pole and pole socket on the back of the screen? Asked on 11/16/2011 by CornDawg from Granville, IL Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: I purchased an Epson Duet screen from Staples in Peru, IL today after confirming the pole and socket are 1.375" (1-3/8") diameter. This was important to me because tripod stands for pro audio sound reinforcement speakers are typically 1.375" or 1.5" diameter, to fit a socket at the base of P.A. speakers. The light weight stands made by On Stage are inexpensive and sold individually, are 1.375" diameter, and provide for height adjustment from 42" to 71" allowing the screen to be above the crowd for greater visibility. You simply need to insert a clevis pin through the upright tube to hold up the screen, as the pole on the speaker stand does not have the black self-aligning stop that the Epson stand has. Q: How wide is the screen? Asked on 10/28/2010 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: When closed, the screen is 9 inches wide. Expanded, it can be adjusted to 61¾ inches for an aspect ratio of 4:3 or 79½ inches for an aspect ratio of 16:9. Without the stand the height is 42½ inches and with the stand it’s 76¼ inches. From Epson technical specifications/FAQs Answered on 10/29/2010 by Business Builder from Long Island, New York A: I believe it is 85 inches. Viewing of 65 inches non wide screen, 80 in widescreen. For our purposes, it is plenty big enough. Answered on 6/15/2011 by Debbers from Fall Creek, OR

Q: Does this screen have a carrying case? Asked on 9/26/2009 by Kat the Stager from Oklahoma City, OK Know the answer? Answer this question 3 answers A: Does not have a separate case, but when folded, the hard plastic sides join to form a protective case. I like this better as you don't have an extra part to keep up with. The stand folds and locks into the case to provide a fairly compact unit. Also, the built-in carry handles seem very likely to last for a long time. Answered on 10/5/2009 by Scout Trainer from Rock Hill, SC A: The unit essentially has a built-in case. The legs fold down and slide into the back of the screen case. There is a lock that holds them in. The screen is completely enclosed in the hard outer case, so everything is protected. Answered on 9/30/2009 by scout trainer from Rock Hill, SC A: No, but the screen is encased and it has attached carrying handles. Answered on 12/15/2009 by LB from DC
