    There are two buttons on the cane, one fits in the holes but the lower one doesn't go into a hold it just sits inside the cane, is this right or is there a problem with the cane??

    • A:

      I have one myself, and that is a really nice cane. The two buttons allow for more precise height adjustment. Only one will lock in at a time. The second button is offset by 1/2 the button hole length.
