I like the tear out sheet that you can place behind the pages when writing, it is easier than other carbon notebooks I have had.

This is perfect for labs when you have to leave a copy of your notes behind.
The only problem is that you are only given one contents sheet, which is also the divider between the duplicate pages.
Would be best if there was a contents/index you could fill in on the first page which produced a duplicate like the rest of the pages.

Great Carbon Copy Notebook!

Required for my Organic Chemistry lab and it was exactly what I needed. It is a carbon copy notebook and doesn't require 4 different pieces of paper to make a copy on the second page. Easy to use and makes my lab write-ups neat and orderly. A+

  This notebook will not have 5mm grids as it is in English measure - 1/4 inch grid. The grid you are looking for is a metric measure.

  It is a carobon-copy notebook. I'm not sure if it is available in those specific stores, but I called Staples and ordered it over the phone. They told me my shipping was free because I was a first time customer with staples.com. If you're a returning customer, I believe you can order it and have it delivered to the store of your choice free of charge.
