For the price on an 18 pack, this is a tremendously high value pen that doesn't feel/ look cheap (like some of the off-brands).
I like how it's thicker and looks like a gel-pen. So it does have more bulkiness than your avg. click pen. it's not the best pen to tuck away in small purses or in pockets.
It did take me a bit to get used to the click retractor on the side. But i guess the pro is that you don't keep clicking the top up and down (in a nervous tic style).

the triangular grip is ergonomic. it's not the most comfortable for my hand, but it does encourage you to grip the pen 'more correctly' and the wider barrel is comfortable on hand fatigue.
The ink lays down a smooth darker line. For me, it does take a few scribbles to always get the pen started. But so far i've no clumps/goo which is my big ballpoint pet peeve. and the ink dries quickly so i haven't had any smear issues. and the ink is long lasting, which is usual with ballpoints v. gel inks.

This pen is comfortable to hold, well balanced and light weight. However, every time I pick it up to take down a phone message or fill in a document, I have to scribble on a piece of scratch paper to get it started. It is also a bit to fine of a point for a pen that is supposed to be a medium.

This product was on the shelf when I started my new job. When it was time to purchase pens I bought this same brand. It is a comfortable pen to write with. The ink is long lasting and I like the retractable aspect so that it accidentally doesn't write on something like my purse when I through one in. I work in a small office where every penny counts and I look for value at a great price and these pens fit into both categories. They are long lasting and definitely a product I will buy again and again.
