I used the product as a wall covering 18" wide (1 & 1/2 tiles) wide above a long corner desk from my desk and up amount indicated. This was the only product that I could find on the market. It was very easy to apply just using wood glue, but the product is very crumbly and falls apart if you look at it wrong so you need to handle it very gently. Once applied this does not seem to be an issue. Don't use the cheap little stickers that they supply to mount the cork. I think that they threw those in just as a joke to see how many people are stupid enough to actually use them. Product also has a strong and disgusting order when first applied, but this dissipated over night. Each piece was a slightly different size (especially from one package to the next) which made it a bit of a challenge when trying to apply it to a wall and have it all look and fit perfect. Probably most people wouldn't think twice about this, but made me nuts after spending a small fortune on it to only have it look less then perfect. Product was extremely overpriced at close to $10.00 per tile. I am guessing this is due to the fact that no on else sells them so they can charge what ever they wish.

I have a small home office shared with a guest room. I thought the look of the 4 cubes would look less like a dorm room than a large framed cork board. I bought them on a whim even though they seemed more expensive than they should have been. And it turned out they are terrible!
The adhesive pads do not stick to the cork boards. The small cork bits stick to it, and then the board itself falls off the wall. Once it falls off, that's the end of the stickiness on that side of the adhesive pads.
The adhesive pads do, however, remain firmly intact to the wall. So much so that they are nearly impossible to remove in one piece. They have taken off paint and have left chunks of foam and glue on the wall. VERY ANNOYING.
Now I have no cork boards, and my wall looks horrible like a dorm room with these stickers left on it. Totally not worth it. Do not buy these.

While the cork is a good thickness, the adhesive squares are not strong enough to hold the tiles to the wall and the adhesive does not stick to the CORK. I used 3 packages to create a 3'x6' bulletin board on the back of a cardboard-backed bookcase, using 9 adhesive squares on each tile. The following morning 10 of the 12 tiles were on the floor. I reapplied them using heavier pressure and they were back on the floor within 2-3 hours. The adhesive squares stayed up beautifully - apparently the adhesive isn't strong enough to hold the CORK. I tried using 3M heavy duty double stick tape, but they fell down again...and this time several of them broke when they fell! Now I have to purchase a "cork compatible contact adhesive" somewhere! Don't waste your money (or time) on these tiles!

The adhesive tabs won't hold the weight of a panel. I never even got to pin anything to them. After adding several adhesive squares to each panel and sticking them to a clean and dry vertical surface, half of them fell immediately and the rest fell over the next few days. Pretty much useless unless you use your own form of permanent adhesive or don't hang them at all.

This was a horrible product. First of all the picture on the package shows push pins going all the way through the cork. However, the cork is not thick enough for push pins they only go halfway in.
Also the adhesive squares are not strong enough to hold up the tiles. I hung up 4 of them and the next morning 3 of them were on the floor. One of them broke in half when it fell!
