These are great!! I use these pens for everyday use. I usually use nothing but medium to bold point, and i love these. Cant wait for a medium point!!

I love Sharpies. They print nice and it stands out well. So you'd think the pens would be perfect, wouldn't you? Not so. Even though they do write nice, they have some drawbacks that make them unusable as a everyday pen. The number one drawback being, the tip breaks way to easily. Not from writing but from everything else. Drop your pen, catch it on the desk, it's done. The other big drawback is speed. If you can take your time and write properly, they will make you a nice clear line. However if you are like me, you do a lot of repeating and when you go fast the pen can't keep up. Lastly, if you have to handle the surface you just wrote on, if you don't give it a minute to dry it'll smear. True of any ink but more so with these.

In short, a great idea, room for improvement. I think I'll stick with my trusty old felt tipped pen until they get the bugs worked out.

It works well, but it had one problem: The sharpies dry out quickly. The Black lasted for a couple of days, and the green not long after that. Still, they work really well. Great for any art activities.

      These will not write on coated or laminated things. This is what I bought them to do. Wouldn't you assume a Sharpie pen wouldn't smudge like all other Sharpie products? I wanted something smudge proof but with a fine tip. These are no different than other fine point pen you could buy that smudges. Disappointing.

              Yes... I guess it depends. I'm not sure what you are describing as the difference between the two. The pen rolls across the paper like a marker, not great for carbon copies, but it doesn't bleed through like a marker, what is left on the paper is similar to pen. The ink does not soak into the paper.

              YES, It does write like a sharpie pen. The difference is the tip is extremly fine and the ink doesnt pool if the pen is not moving on the paper. I have more control with these and the letters are clearer and eaiser to read than the regular sharpies. No dots on the back side of the page.
