Q: Do these notebooks have that micro-perforated line so you can tear pages out neatly? Because I do not want that. I want my notes to stay in the notebook forever and not tear out. Asked on 10/9/2009 by Katee from the beautiful Hudson Valley, NY Know the answer? Answer this question 12 answers A: Yes it does unfortunately. I love that aspect of it though. Answered on 12/8/2009 by Janelle from Freeport, IL A: I bought 8 of these notebooks at Staples this year (SKU# 321463). They were sold individually in the store. They have the perforated pages that tear out easily. Answered on 10/20/2009 by KZ from Eureka, CA A: Yes they do. But Staples has other notebooks without the perforated line. I need the line so that I can hand in notes and homework. CC Answered on 10/21/2009 by CC from Los Angeles, CA A: Yes. Answered on 12/8/2009 by Ranster from Santa Monica, CA A: Yes they do. Answered on 1/26/2010 by Aaron from Beverly, MA A: They will either tear out neatly-fold first-or strong enough to stay in-with reasonable use. Answered on 1/26/2010 by Grandma Hellie from UPSTATE NY A: Yes they do, but it is very faint and the pages do not tear out unless you physically tear them out. Suffice it to say that this has not been a problem for me. Answered on 4/20/2010 by Packrat from Holden, MA A: Sure there is a perf, but not fragile. You will be OK. Frankly, I can't get the perf to release easily enough. I have to pull and trim the frillies with scissors. T. Answered on 9/22/2010 by Trax the Cynic from Bullhead City, AZ A: Yes, they do have the perforation but it is minimal. Pages stay in very well unless you really want to remove them. Answered on 9/22/2010 by Red from MA A: they do but only if you want to remove the pages. Answered on 10/12/2010 by Honey from Taylor, PA A: Some do and some do not. Depends on which one you buy. Open it up and look at it, though it should say on the cover if it does or not. Answered on 12/14/2010 by Star from Akron, OH A: They are perforated. If you want a notebook where the pages won't tear out, I recommend a composition notebook. That's their sole purpose. Answered on 2/2/2011 by Edmund from Irondale, AL
Q: I really need an orange 1 subject notebook so would need a guarantee that's what I get. I have the other colors, but orange is impossible to find, other than Staples. Would add this to my order if I can get orange. Thanks, Carolyn Bivins Asked on 8/31/2009 by designer from Livingston Manor, NY Know the answer? Answer this question 10 answers A: I ran into a similar situation last year when my son needed a GOLD 1 subject notebook and there was NOTHING to be found. The teacher was actually telling the kids if they did not have the color required, they were going to get marked off til they got it. Ultimately, I found gold paper and glued it to the cover of a black notebook and taped over the edges. It held all year too! Perhaps you could do that... Answered on 9/8/2009 by Vengefulangel from Adams, NY A: You need to call the customer service number. A: Randomly assigned colors are in the box sent to the store. Answered on 9/9/2009 by Joyce from Summerville, SC A: They do have orange at Staples, along with many other colors. Answered on 9/9/2009 by kim from horseheads, ny A: I had no trouble finding the notebooks in orange - not my favorite color. Therefore, I may have purchased only one just to have different colors for easy subject identity. Answered on 9/14/2009 by Link from Lindenhurst, New York A: I found orange at Staples.
