Just like non-recycled copy paper!
I was afraid that this paper would jam and tear easily, or that it wouldn't look like regular bright white copy paper. This paper is virtually identical to non-recycled copy paper. It is durable...Read complete review
I was afraid that this paper would jam and tear easily, or that it wouldn't look like regular bright white copy paper. This paper is virtually identical to non-recycled copy paper. It is durable, jam-free and bright white. I switched to this kind over a month ago and no one in the office can even tell the difference! Everyone feels good about reducing waste and saving trees at just $10-20 extra bucks a month. Thanks Staples!

We have been using this product for everything over a year now because it is 100% recycled. It has been good to us, but the change to this paper was painful for some management types because it was 90 bright and not 92 like our old paper. After 50,000 sheets, one of our printers needed the paper dust cleaned from the rollers, but no big deal."100% fewer trees, 43% less energy, 49% less water, 36% fewer greenhouse gas emissions."So why is this paper 44.46% more expensive than Staple's regular copy paper in the red box? Comments about Staples 100% Recycled Copy Paper, 8 1/2" x 11", Case:
I bought it because the description said "processed without using chlorine or chlorine compounds" but the package says "elemental chlorine free" which does not mean that. I understand ECF to mean that chlorine compounds are used. Harmfull cancer-causing chemicals that do not break down in nature are created from this manufacturing process. They continue to build up in the water supply.

My business uses this paper everyday and there has never been any complaints on its quality. You can't tell that it's 100% recycled, and the paper's quality definitely doesn't suffer as a result. I have a collection of pieces of paper that I use for reprinting if only one side has been used. There has never been a rip in the paper or any other negative result despite printing on the same sheet multiple times.
