Inferior Quality - Damaged

This product use to be great quality and well-made. The last several boxes I hvae bought have had wrinkles in the outside cover and the connectors break off easily when you close them. I returned several last week. Do not buy these. I usually buy from another vendor but ran out and had to purchase a bunch of them and threw out a lot of them as well. At almost a dollar each, it was quite an expensive loss.

We love to record movies and television programs on tv. When we switched our services recently, this came in handy to store the recorded shows and movies we needed to delete from our current system so we wouldn't lose them. Now we can create our own covers for the dvd cases and label them accordingly. We have a wide variety of tastes from children on up to adult movies, including sports events. I was so happy to have found this deal online. I reserved it and went to the store a few hours later to pick up the cases. So simple. Thanks Staples!!

This is a good, sturdy single-DVD case, with clear window pockets front and back. It's perfect except for a very tight spindle grip on the DVD. May loosen up with use. Overall a great product.

  They are and they aren't. A DVD case is made of softer plastic; using a CD jewel case can (supposedly) cause the layers of a DVD to separate where the disc snaps onto the hub. I've never actually seen that happen, or really even heard of it happening, but that's the 'official' reason it's a different kind of case. The real reason is that DVDs replaced VHS tapes, and people were used to having a larger graphic on the cover, so they made DVD cases larger even though the disc is the same size as a CD.

Trying to find insertable labels for these cases as well as the software to create labels. Also need sticky labels for the DVDs themselves as well as software. Use MAC.

  Hello Judy....I just use printed PowerPoint slides that I create. I made a template that formats the front, back, and spine. The margins cause the PPt insertable label front and back cover to be about .125 inch horizontally short, but still looks okay.
  There are disk labels and programs available. I write on the disks with a Sharpie pen.
