This product use to be great quality and well-made. The last several boxes I hvae bought have had wrinkles in the outside cover and the connectors break off easily when you close them. I returned several last week. Do not buy these. I usually buy from another vendor but ran out and had to purchase a bunch of them and threw out a lot of them as well. At almost a dollar each, it was quite an expensive loss.

            I have used this product for over 5 years and find I'm using more of the cases since videoing family events more and more.The only complaint I have is that the cover insert for it is sometimes hard to find. Not always on the shelf, but does arrive evenutally. The insert seems to be a hot product, which indicates there are many users of this product out there.
