I ordered this mat and when it arrived it was FILTHY. Also they rolled it up and taped it. It had to lay in the garage for 2 days to flatten out. Then I had to take it outside and wash it because it was filthy. The tape they wrapped around it left residue. I tried alcohol, WD40,tape remover, lighter fluid nothing removed it. My husband had to get gasoline and wipe it to get it off. A real pain in the butt. Staples needs to have their warehouse check the products before sending out products to customers!! I will not buy anything from Staples online again!

The size is great! But every time I step on it it literally shifts. Even though I have secured it under the 2 front legs of the desk....it actually "scoots" out from under it with just one person's routine traffic in a home office.

        I'm very satisfied with the product, for what I purchased it for. My only complaint (and a big complaint) . . . . when I removed the sticker on the pad, the pad remained sticky and attracts all dust and dirt. I've tried cleaning it with Ajax, and with Lysol kitchen cleaner. So, one large corner of the pad is dirty and discolored.
        I don't know why they have to use that particular type of sticker.

            I work in a high activity workplace, lots of hustle and bustle and chair movement. Our floor happens to be tiled with deep grooves for the grout in which our office chair wheels would get stuck in. Very annoying. Other chair mats we had would slide all over the place, making them a safety hazard. This one sits in place, actually nice to walk on (softer feel than tile) and so far provides a smooth rolling surface. The large area allows for not sliding off any direction I decide to roll too which is even better. Go big or go home!
