Once you load files into the file box, it becomes very top heavy. The base of the box is quite a bit smaller than the upper part of the box so the extra weight of the files causes it to fall over all of the time in the car.

The little storage compartment in the base are nice for paper clips, rubber bands, etc.

Upon receipt of this product I noticed that part of the plastic frame was already broken.

I tried to return the product to a brick and morter staples store but none would accept it. Finally, I just decided to try and use it.

Additionally, when used to carry folders (not that heavy) the handle slipped out of its grooves and the container fell to the ground and shattered.

If you are looking for something to transport papers or folders in, I'd get something a lot better quality since this will not last.

This attractive organizer has a drawer with compartments for pens, pencils, staplers, paper clips, etc. The drawer also has a lid to it, so it can be removed ad used seperately, or not at all. It could be used elsewhere also in a desk drawer, or on a desk. The handle folds flat in it's own recessed area, making the top level so that other items can be placed on it. Inside the hanging file brackets can be removed if you chose to use the organizer for items other than files. I strongly recommend this product for many uses.
