Once you load files into the file box, it becomes very top heavy. The base of the box is quite a bit smaller than the upper part of the box so the extra weight of the files causes it to fall over all of the time in the car.

The little storage compartment in the base are nice for paper clips, rubber bands, etc.

Upon receipt of this product I noticed that part of the plastic frame was already broken.

I tried to return the product to a brick and morter staples store but none would accept it. Finally, I just decided to try and use it.

Additionally, when used to carry folders (not that heavy) the handle slipped out of its grooves and the container fell to the ground and shattered.

If you are looking for something to transport papers or folders in, I'd get something a lot better quality since this will not last.

Decent product made with recycled materials. Good for small organizing or record keeping. Portable a plus. It is awkward to open and close and can tip easily. Good buy for the price though, and interesting design.
