Q: I am looking for a high capacity stapler 2-70 sheets with little to NO noise option. I recently purchased the PaperPro Professional 65 from Office Depot which has a noise level of a BB gun being shot. Which is not suitable in a court room setting. Please advise. Thank You. Asked on 3/31/2010 by gillette from Visalia, CA Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: Unfortunately there is not a noise rating on staplers. I would recommend item 612365. The stapler you purchased uses a spring action to apply additional force that you did not create. Item 612365 requires manual power and you can control the noise. Q: How do you load staples in this stapler? I have pushed the button in the back but the staple loader only opens about 1/2 inch and the retractable portion only allows about 15 staples at a time. Asked on 11/19/2009 by Frustrated from Lancaster, PA Know the answer? Answer this question 3 answers A: Pull the loader a little harder. The loader will then come out fully and easily allow a full High Capacity staple strip to be inserted. Answered on 1/11/2010 by Wayne from Stafford, VA A: When you press the relese button the basket only comes out about an 1/2 an inch then simply pull gently on the basket until it releses to extend it to full capicity. Answered on 2/4/2010 by Rage from Indiana A: That is as far as it goes -- the staples that come with the unit were about 1 inch long groups and I had to break that into 3rds to get any into the unit.
