I have had this chair for about three weeks now and I couldn't be happier with it. My previous chair was about 3 years old and $140 cheaper so needless to say, I needed an upgrade. The arched back provides excellent support and helps me keep good posture throughout the day which is SO important because I tend to suffer from chronic back pain. It's worse if I spend the entire day slouching like in my old chair. I do disagree with the previous review; if anything, I would say the cushion is "firm", but definitely not uncomfortable. My only complaint is that the tilt release is still so tight even at it's lowest setting. I do like to lean back every once in a while, but sometimes it's difficult with this chair. Overall, it's a great chair, was easy to assemble and has made my work days much more comfortable!

This replaced a 10 year old chair at my work and it is less comfortable! It may look fancy but the bottom cushion is thin with cheap padding. After few minutes, you will feel the metal structure against your rear end. Don't these people ever test their designs before they release them for manufacturing??
Spend the money on a better chair.
