About this product
The IDville lamination module is a perfect ID card laminator for small to large businesses.
Handling up to 30000 cards per year, this laminator is up to the task. This can be operated as a stand-alone, hand-feed card laminator or can be connected to the back of the Evolis Primacy or ID Maker Primacy so every card you print is immediately laminated and ready to be issued. When operating in stand-alone mode, this laminator connects to your computer via a USB cord and is automatically recognized and ready to go.

- Use as a stand-alone PVC card laminator or attach to the back of Primacy and ID Maker Primacy to unlock automatic lamination whenever you print a card
- User-friendly LCD screen walks you through the setup process and how to start laminating your cards, when to change your ribbon and how to clean your laminator
- Lamination module offers lamination ribbons with holograms for enhanced security; holograms reduce the potential for fraudulent cards because they cannot be printed onto the design
- Lamination speed: up to 215 single-sided cards/hour and up to 110 double-sided cards/hour
- Supporting card format: ISO CR80 - ISO 7810 (2.13" x 3.37"); thickness: 30 mil
- Card materials support: PVC cards, composite PVC cards, PET cards, polycarbonate cards, special varnished cards
- Clear overlays are perfectly transparent and increase the life of your ID badges by three to 10 years; these are perfect for any work condition and add no bulk to the card thickness
- Card capacity for card feeder: 100, for card stacker: 100
- Can be used only in sheltered office environment with 50 degrees Fahrenheit to 85 degrees Fahrenheit
- Printer interfaces: high-speed USB 2.0, USB 3.0 Type-B compatible, 10/100 Ethernet, external host USB port
