These ink cartridges work exactly the same as HP plus they are less expensive. The packaging is more compact and with the zip lock bag, much easier to store and reuse. Thanks Staples

Don't work.
My HP Officejet Pro 8620 accepts this cartridge at first and before half a page prints, tells me that it is damaged. I've tried this on more than cartridge with the same results. I believe this is HP's way of making us buy their original cartridges. Will have to return what I bought.

DO NOT BUY. Not compatible. Error reported.
I got staples TRU RED remanufactured ink over a year ago. I just learned that they are not usable at all. Printer reports error. I got 2 of staples ink and both staples ink are not working with the HP printer. Not happy about it.

I am very dissatisfied with this refilled cartridge. I have streaks throughout the pages and it's only from the colors that are red hued. It happened as soon as I put the cartridge in and I have cleaned the print heads and done a factory check on it...not an issue that the print heads are damaged and need replaced. True HP ink cartridges are fine, just this Staples refi...

So far so good.
We have been using these ink cartridges in our printers at the office. They seem to be working well. We had a couple that did not work, but we were able to return them with no problem. It has been well worth the savings!

Outstanding quality!
I have ordered this product and many of the other colors in the staples brand and I have had no complaints. The quality is great and the price is right. You really can not go wrong. I would seriously recommend this product to someone else.
