These ink cartridges work exactly the same as HP plus they are less expensive. The packaging is more compact and with the zip lock bag, much easier to store and reuse. Thanks Staples

Don't work.
My HP Officejet Pro 8620 accepts this cartridge at first and before half a page prints, tells me that it is damaged. I've tried this on more than cartridge with the same results. I believe this is HP's way of making us buy their original cartridges. Will have to return what I bought.

Non-OEM Ink
The new non-OEM ink worked great out of the box. My office admin installed it no differently than the standard OEM ink and, it was automatically detected and has been working perfectly.

less costly alternative
inexpensive, free shipping, arrived quickly, seems to work fine, and my HP Officejet Pro 8600 does accept it, even though it can detect that it is not original factory manufacture.

Very pleased. Only drawback, HP throws up a caution that you have installed a non genuine HP part. For the money savings, i can tolerate.

Remanufactured Cyan HP Cartridge
...machine wouldn't take it, normally it will take a non HP cartridge, but this time it would not load or print. Had to replace it with an original HP unit...

Staples Brand Ink
i purchased staples brand ink because of cost. However once it was purchased i was then told it was on back order for like 4-6 weeks. This would have been more helpful if I was told this before. Because of this I ran out of ink and had to go purchase some at a store, which in the long run cost me more!
