It works just fine for keeping our farm records in order. My husband used these for years; and now that he is gone, I find them equally convenient.

arrived wet and soggy
Does not ship in a bag, so if it rains or there is any kind of weather event, don't expect it to come in presentation shape.

Will purchase additional cover letters. I am very pleased.
Will purchase more just to have. I find it very handy for working on the go or just a good product to serve as a tablet. I punch holes at the top and just add paper inside.
