Great work horse.
Bought this product looking for an office printer. This simply put is a work horse.

incomplete
i thought this was all that was necessary but apparently there is another unit. this only part of what needs to be replaced. now I have to find the other part, too.

Good system, if a little obscure.
The system works well, though you have to know what the system is. That is not really easy to find out. It has, on the other hand, become easier to find out how to get a prepaid label to return the empty cartridge. Just Google it. Why they don't include the label in the package, I do not know.

I get toner n they are great return I have no issues returning for recycling but I do have issues when I get the wrong product only happens 1x but it was a nightmare between the store n one line purchase . I’m not even sure when I return used toner Cartage if I’m getting any credit no ever explain it . But over all 8 year I get them on time n have great customer service
