Quick and easy customer service. The store didn't carry the ink for the Epson WF100 but they were able to order it and deliver to my home. It came like 2 days letter. Awesome

As I thought. Even though talking to the friendly Staples person re. whether one needs to replace both refills.
Apparently per the printer icon, we do have to buy a colour refill also for this printer too before it works. We had hardly used any colour previously.

So, after buying two cartridges, my printer still is not printing. Who knew that I have to replace the maintenance box as well.
