Plastic folders
Plastic folders (heavy duty - 2 pocket) hold up much better than regular folders, especially with lots of sheets of paper or pamphlets in the pockets. Worth the extra cost in the long run as they last much longer without rips.

Terrible quality
I purchased three different colors so I received three six-packs. Every one of the packs had folders with cracks in the poly at the bottom.

Plastic Jam folder
i really like the plastic folders for their durability, flexibility, and long lasting quality.
