Heavy duty!
It is a lot more durable than I expected. I had a hard time finding one that can handle a stack of documents and I finally found it and I am beyond happy. This will make our job in the office run a lot smoother. Thank you.

Good punch, needs frequent clearing
This is good for the thick documents I have to punch, but unlike most it uses hollow punch heads which channel the punchings up and into the base of the machine. This means that when the punch heads clog, you have to take them out and clear them with a paper clip or something. And since I am punching thick documents, I have to clear it about every third or fourth punch....
