Work great
phones work great for our office, now we're not anchored to a wall outlet and can get answer the phones if we are up and walking around the office.

I ask while I was in the store for a headset to be ordered for my phone and they must have gotten mixed up with handset. I will return and try again.

handsets too delicate
We do not really like the handsets because they are too delicate, the volume button is too easy to change along side the handset which always seems to get turned down just from grabbing the phone. It's difficult to hear the person on the other end of the line as it sounds like they are in a tunnel and its hard to hear them. Also the way this phone and phone system work...
