Amazing Rejuvenation
I was overcome by the heat at a public outdoor event, and water just wasn't helping at all. Finally, my family took me to the First Aid station. It turned out I was not just dehydrated; I was suffering from heat exhaustion and needed some electrolytes and stuff (I'm not a medic!).
