This item is listed as 5x11 1/2 and when it arrives, it is actually 4 3/4x11 (as listed on the actual label). The item used to be larger, as we have used this size envelope for years. At some point, it became smaller and the information was not updated.

Good, sturdy oversized business envelope
This #14 - larger than your typical #10 business size envelope, meets our needs to mail unusual sized materials and documents when you don't need the space in a 9"x11.5" flat. It's a strong manila envelope.

Like the large business envelope for certain important issues and this fits the bill. Even though the size is larger than the normal envelope the postage is the same.
