The bottle cap was "glued to the wrapper as the top layer of ink was completely dried up.

I'm glad that this product is available.
Stamp pad ink is an item I don't need very often but there is no substitute for it. I got the last tube in the store. The dispenser works as designed.

Hard to open
The top is sealed and very hard to open. The pull tab they provided ripped right off. Made a decent size mess trying to remove the seal under the cap.

Third time was not a charm
I ordered 2 more of these as the last one i ordered and tried to open was impossible to open and when i did get it open it was dry. no amount of squeezing got the ink out. the 2 I received today were just as difficult to open. the ink did come out , however one of them i couldn't get all of the plastic cover off so its far more messy then it needs to be

Read the fine print
Sales person said it would work with a self inking stamper but it only works with a stamp pad. Ruined the pad on my stamper and had to find a new one and I have a big bottle that I have no use for
