pretty good, works well, but overpriced
The product does seem to be working well. We hope it should last many years, so it's way too early for us to rate its durability. The price at Staples was about double the price we expected but we paid it because we were already in the store.

wrong product
I wanted a plug that plugged into a phone jack. This item did not have a plug in it, but had another hole for a telephone plug in on the single side.
