Misleading
Bought for a Dell laptop less than a year old and none of the tips fit, includes a number to call Targum if you need another tip for your your model, I called and was informed they do not have tip that fits even though many new laptops use the charging tip, bottom line is this outdated and useless

Oh I wonder, wonder, wonder - when
The Staples part of the transaction was GREAT, but the tip I needed to get my laptop powered up was NOT in the box (It's older, I understand...)

This product is amazing! Although I was unsure when ordered, I was confidant that Staples would only recommend the best option. Just the right item
Purchased a laptop charger after we discovered that we’d left one behind. This is very easy to sort out, as there are several connectors (took me about two minutes,) and the laptop is all charged now!

Thought for SURE I'd be able to get a charger from the store that I purchased the Laptop!
Wouldhave given a 0 stars if I could have.
The girl helping me was very helpful because she tried ALL of the attachments. NONE of them FIT !!!! She then DID refund my money.
I live in Illinois , went to Ohio leaving my charger in Illinois :(

HP computer power cord
My computer stopped charging because the power cord failed. Took it to the help desk. Told him the problem and said I wanted the cord repaired or replaced. He said they wouldn't repair it, which I expected. The he excused himself, went off and returned with a replacement cord. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes!

Not Enough Power Tips
Only 5 power tips were included with the Targus adapter. There was a power tip for my Asus VivoBook laptop, but no power tip for my Asus ZenBook laptop. If the included power tips are incompatible with your laptop, your options are:
1. Request a compatible power tip from the phone number on the card
2. Go to Targus' website and buy the compatible power tip for $6

I would not recommend this product for the Dell laptop. It does not charge.i can use the laptop by just leaving it plugged in.

Flexible. Multi-generation power
Saved my bacon, have an HP G8 845 company issued laptop touch screen.
