Dell is full of surprises!
OMG! What a Cyan Toner Cartridge it is! When I opened the box 'Ms. Cyan' jumped out, waved 'Hello' and then proceeded to walk over to my Dell Laser Printer, opened the side door of my printer, stretch her tiny arms and hands, grabbed my old cartridge out, and then popped herself in, waved goodbye and closed the printer door! Standard Dell toner
It's a standard Dell toner cartridge for my Dell printer. My current one is "Close to life" but still printing. I'll install the new one when it's empty. I expect it to be fine

Too much money
Product is fine , customer service ( rep ) is excellent . But to no longer offer high yield makes this ink incredibly expensive . Frankly your prices are ridiculous .

Defective toner.
After installing the toner there was an error message preventing printing at all. I had to put back the used toner just to get the black and white prints going.

Perfect cartridge
I am am very satisfied with the toners.
