no more Epson printers
Just spent a bundle on all new ink cartridges. Printer keeps on telling me I need MORE ink (mainly colors) which I don't use. Won't let me print with my new (very expensive cartridges, even though all I want to print is black and white! I have important papers to copy and this is VERY frustrating. Will look for a new printer after I find a way to use up all my new in...

Too expensive
These printers are a money dump because of the ink. This ink does not last long and it’s too expensive. Also, I have so much black ink that most will dry out before I can use it.

Colored ink
I purchased this ink. I never used the colored ink, but when my black ink ran out. It would not let me refill the printer with just black, I had to buy the packaging of black and color. It was 70 some dollars. That’s ridiculous. Your ripping people off.

Ink is good, but Staples charges too much for it.
As suggested in the title, the ink is good quality and it is the kind that I need for my printer. However, Staples simply charges too much. I still bought it, because I needed the ink immediately, but I would recommend that you buy your ink elsewhere.

Employees at the store should be familiar with the rewards system. When I tried to use my rewards two employees did not know the procedure. As a line behind me got longer they had to ask the manager.

These official Epson replacements work great in my Epson printer. I've had too many bad experiences with third party ink cartridges to use anything but the genuine article. Staples sells what I need and with rewards, the price is often hard to beat. Go Staples!
