no more Epson printers
Just spent a bundle on all new ink cartridges. Printer keeps on telling me I need MORE ink (mainly colors) which I don't use. Won't let me print with my new (very expensive cartridges, even though all I want to print is black and white! I have important papers to copy and this is VERY frustrating. Will look for a new printer after I find a way to use up all my new in...

Good Quality
Probably overpriced, and not in stock locally so it had to be ordered. But It's good quality and was recognized by the printer. That's why I had to order this one. The cartridge I was originally gonna use was not recognized by the printer, even though it was Epson.

Ink cartridge purchase
My Staples location was out of the cartridge size I needed and the manager was right there to help. He ordered the cartridge online and promised it would arrive the next day, which it did. The Centerville Store still has excellent customer service through all this crazy covid chaos.

I had ordered & paid for Standard Black ink cartridges, but received Photo Black ink cartridges instead. I eventually will be needing them, so I kept them instead of returning them.
