Title describing purchased item is acurate.
Item received is as described. Although lighter weight than items I used in office, they will still work fine for keeping old bills together until they are thrown out.

Working for what I need.
Still a good product. I did notice that the small bands that secure the clips are even smaller, not as wide as the bands on clips from years ago. The band being less wide makes it more difficult to grab, slide and position it over the clip to secure it. Most likely the change was made to save material and reduce costs. "Premium Prong" fastened!
I purchased the "2-Piece Premium Prong Fastener" for use with file folders; where papers are being added daily, weekly, and monthly. They maintain the papers safely and professionally. I searched far and wide for these fasteners. I am glad I found them. Great Product! These are the only fasteners that I use.
