Canon ink package
The ink cartridges are easy to replace. However, there are 5 cartridges in the printer and the 4 package means you have to purchase an additional black cartridge at an additional cost.

all the colors were not in the boxed set. Had to go back the next day and get two more colors to complete the color change. Was not happy that it was over a hundred dollars for all I needed.

I was helped by an associate. I purchased the ink cartridge and realized when I came home I got the incorrect cartridge. i went back to Staples and explained the problem. They were very helpful and help me correct my mistake and i bought the correct ink. Great Customer Service.
