Melted upon arrival but easy enough to schedule a return and will be re-ordering to try again! We've ordered other chocolates from Staples and it always comes with an ice pack to prevent melting but these ones did not.

Great classic candy but watch the heat
Staples did a terrific job of packing this with an ice pack to make sure we didn't get a big molten lump. However we dodged a bullet: the driver wasn't able to deliver on the Friday expected and the package had to sit over the weekend. Had it been the weekend before we would have had a big problem.
