Window size and alignment
Be very careful to check the window size and alignment of these envelopes before ordering. The windows in these envelopes did not correspond to our 2019 1095-C forms. The employee address window was too high and not large enough. When we received the envelopes and discovered the issue, Staples would not accept a return of the order, saying they were a seasonal item, ...
