Falling apart
The bottom of the backpack is falling apart. It is cracking on the bottom.

nice backpack but not the model I ordered
The delivered backpack appeared to be an earlier version of the backpack presented on line as it did not have some of the features listed on-line1. across the chest strap2. headphone access portI have returned the bag and reordered in hopes to receive the same bag but with the features included that attracted me to this backpack in the first place.

Just what I needed
I recently purchased the Solo Active Laptop Backpack (ACV700-4) after a couple of weeks of searching for an item that would fit my needs. I am very pleased with the choice along with a surprise bonus of 2 reinforced pockets in which I carry a spare set of glasses and sunglasses. The item being on sale added to postive outcome.
