Great chair
It was easy to assemble and really comfortable and solid. I was surprised at how sturdy the pieces were, all metal with strong welding. Much better than I expected

Disappointed
This chair was purchased for 911 dispatchers and after only 4 months of 24/7 use the seam on the seat has come apart and the padding in the seat is flat. Did not meet the 24/7 use they say at all. We are in the process of contacting the manufacturer. With that being said chair parts are heavy duty and not plastic, the rollers work good and the size it's self makes for a...

Overpriced. Not talk enough
The chair isn’t tall enough for most desks. It doesn’t have enough adjustments. I had to return it. It’s overpriced.

I like the chair and it is a great size for a plus size woman. With that said, it is hard to get in/on the chair. In other words, difficult to get my back side all the way back and without being able to sit way back, I can't do the little recline that was mentioned.
