Chair
This chair is great. It surpasses my expectations of it. It’s reasonably priced for it being a chair that is meant for someone who is big and tall. The chair does lean back, but it doesn’t stay reclined. This is my only criticism about the chair. It comfortably sits someone who is 6ft tall. The seat depth is great. It’s really everything I want in a chair.

Nice, but...
Very nice chair however, the back leans too far back without being able to adjust forward if needed.

Excellent Quality
Nice to have a really quality chair that's big enough for me as I am over 6 ft. tall. But knob attached to cable that goes to the back doesn't seem to function at all, so chair remains permanently upright.

It is comfy but...
I like how wide and deep it is. I am very comfortable in the chair but the back leans back so friggin far that you are either laying down or sitting forward without back support.

Great Chair!
We have Big and Tall folks, short folks, and pregnant folks. Due to the ability to set height and adjust arms, it made for a customized and comfortable fit for our very diverse group of folks.

Heavy Duty Chair
Finally have purchased a heavy duty chair that fits the need, Easy to assemble, although some of the parts were hard to fit together and some of the chrome pieces had blemishes. This work chair has large enough seat not to interfere with duty belt and is very comfortable.

Overall comfort
I purchased the "Big & Tall" chair knowing that it would be a bit too big, but wanting the quality construction. As promised, the base is steel, not the plastic of regular chairs. The chair has lumbar support that is a bit too high for me, but I cannot sit all the way back regardless. This chair is definitely made for "Tall".

Office Chair with Lumbar support
The chair is just as shown on the website. Putting it together was more detailed than I expected but once I had some one to come in and assemble the chair, I loved it. It is tall enough for easy keyboard access and the leg and lumbar support are great. This was a quality purchase.
