Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Great Service/Friendly Staff
I bought the wrong brand of ink cartridges the first time. When I returned them, the cashier helped me get the right cartridges, refunded me for my first purchase and got me all taken care of very quickly. A little disappointed because black ink isn’t working . I got the package with colors and black. I still need another basic black cartridge I think . Hopefully when I get that one

Not crisp
Easy to install. But the first 17 copies were not crisp. The black ink was smeared and blurred. The colors were good. The photo of food was very good. This purchase cost over $100. Not worth it. VERY expensive for a teacher to purchase.
