So far so good!
I’ve used rechargeable batteries for many years so I’ve seen the technology evolve. Back in the day, state of the art was NiCd, that’s given way to NiMH and that’s what this unit was created to charge. So far so good! low life batteries
I use Duracell 2500mah batteries for photo speedlights & other uses. This battery is only 1300mah. small print got me

Duracell Rechargeable Batteries
Rechargeable batteries are expensive but worth it in the long run. Easy to recharge as they come with a recharger, no worry about not having batteries when you need them. Best they last several years, no problem having to throw out dead batteries and replacing with new ones.

Works great!
I have used Duracell rechargeable batteries for years. I use them on mostly decorative items like candles. I am satisfied with how long the batteries last on a charge. I used the same rechargeable batteries for over a decade. I am beginning to buy new batteries since they do wear out after many years.
