Great file cabinet
The file cabinet came fully assembled except for the casters and they were extremely easy to install. The draws are heavy and roll nicely and close firmly. This is a very professional file cabinet and should last for years.

Would never buy from them again.
Bought a pair of these on line. I had to return them 3 times because of damage. Who ever they’re getting them from must be putting damaged cabinets in the boxes because all orders there were no damage at all on any of the boxes. Buyer beware is all I can say. Last shipment I had 1 good cabinet and 1 damaged again. I gave up and fixed the damage myself instead of dealing...

Excellent for the price
Great cabinet for the sales price I paid. My only complaint is that with two short drawers, only one removable divider was provided (and one pencil tray). I would like to purchase 3 more dividers, but not parts replacement information was provided.

Sturdy and smooth
Came assembled. Metal assembly is sturdy. Ball-bearings make for effortless opening and closing. Casters allow you to move it easily as needed. Color is neutral and works with everything. 1 drawer for hanging files and 2 drawers for all your stuff.

3 drawer file cabinet
File cabinet looks nice, Not as sturdy as I had hoped but ordered it online so couldn't look at it first. Not bad for the price and I like that it has the 2 smaller drawers for putting others smaller items that should be locked up. Lock seems to work fine. Pleased with the purchase.

cabinet is meeting expectation, the dent at the side bottom where some one must have dropped it out of the truck, not so happy with

Staples 3-Drawer Vertical File Cabinet, Locking, Gray, 22.88"D (25172D)
After removing this cabinet from the box and opening the drawers it was immediately put back in the box and returned. The drawers made a loud scraping/squeeking sound and it appeared to be made poorly. I do not recommend this item.

The file cabinet was just what we needed. We ordered 2 and one was damaged so we sent it back,. The return was simple. The file cabinets themselves are a perfect match to those we have already.

Damage on 2 Shipments
originally ordered 5 and sent 4 back with damage, then sent 1 of the 4 replacements back with damage. It doesn't appear to be shipping damage, but possible packaging damage. Fingers crossed that this 1 replacement will be dent free!

Meh at best
While the file cabinet serves its function, the drawers don't seat properly and were so off alignment that I could get them to hook properly. But it locks and is movable.

this is my 2nd return
I have recently returned both pedestal file cabinets as they were damaged in shipping.
The packaging is insufficient for such a heavy load. Cardboard and styrofoam are not sufficient to package a 60 to 70 pound large item.

Not Perfect, but Close...
Priced a little high, casters not shown in pics, casters don't lock, first 1 or 2 hanging folders get caught in cracks at front of rails... all minor. Works well overall as designed.
