Don't shy because of other review
So I was having an issue getting the toner to come out as well, like the other reviewer. But then I discovered you have to push it in further than you think. This is a design of the printer, not the toner, issue. I got mine out just fine once I figured out how to do it correctly. I will be buying these again in the future because Dell charges 10x as much for this.

Goes in, works great, won't come out!
I bought a set of these cartridges for my 10-year-old Dell 1320c. Its' been a workhorse of a machine with no maintenance issues other than replacing cartridges and the PHD unit.
Up till now, I've purchased Dell cartridges at the outrageous prices Dell demands. When I saw these West Point cartridges on the Staples website for about $20 I decided it was worth a try. ...
