Scanner is CapsLock Sensitive and no override
I ordered a few of these scanners. When I enter data into my system I keep the keyboard in CAPSLOCK. When using this scanner with CAPSLOCK it will convert all the uppercase letters into lowercase. The scanner does not come with much documentation. I went to the Manhattan web site and found a manual for the scanner. It has settings for Upper/Lowe Case. The settings are n...

Okay
It works, however I don't think this honestly is worth more than 20 dollars. It doesn't do well for high volume scanning, but works fine for taking down the tracking number of boxes we send out.

Confusing Set Up...But Works Well
Like other reviewers said the set up is really confusing. You have to scan these bar codes in a sequence, which is provided in the directions, and somehow it automatically programs it. worst product, and even worst support, since there really is None
Unit didn't scan anything out of the box, not it's own configuration barcodes or anything else. co has no phone number on their website, just a page to submit a ticket and never hear back from anybody for days.
