I’m not new to working out but I’m no armature. I love this vest, it’s comfortable it sits well on my chest. As a female I find this very important. It super easy and adjustable. I bought a 20lb. I love that I can take the weighted little bags out and wash the vest. If you’re looking for a solid vest I’d highly recommend this one. It’s not the nicest looking one around ...
