Easy to use
Compact and very easy to use. Heats up fairly quick, takes seconds to laminate.

Didn't last long
We did not have this machine more than 6 months. Used about 2/3 times a week. It's like it got to hot a couple of times and melted the sheets. This last time, the sheet got hot, and melted inside the machine. We had to take the machine apart to get the item out. Complete loss.

Poor investment
Do not buy - you have been warned. It will work a few times if you are lucky. Don't waste your time or money.

Would Like to return or replace
This item is very poorly functioning, I have only got it to properly work once the entire time I have had it. I would like a full refund.

I recommend an UPgrade
I purchased this thinking "cheaper" would be best. After a few months, all it does now is jam. We are constantly having to unjam it. Only good for minor use.

2 Dead in 1 year
After about 2 months of using the laminator a couple of times a week it starts making a scaring grinding sound and eventually starts making an awful burning smell.. Thought the first one that went bad was a fluke but now having the second one do that same, I would not recommend.

THERMAL LAMINATOR
THIS PRODUCT KEEPS JAMMING AND KEEPS SHUTTING OFF. IT WILL NOT ALWAYS TAKE THE PAPER. LEAVES CREASES IN THE PAPER.

Not too different from the cheap competition
I was in the market for a laminator that could handle dark colored paper and what I got was a streaky, uneven result. It shows especially on the black cardboard (picture). This was the result after 2-3 passes. This was a premium price for a very sub par product.

This laminator is as slow as the old one we have, it does a good job, but is very slow. We were hoping for a faster one.

Great product
Works amazingly well, very small so it wont take up too much space. Heats up pretty fast. Might take a while to cool down but that is expected.
