Will not purchase this model again
Purchased this laminator for our busy office last month. It makes a weird noise after you turn it on and the 8-1/2 X 11 laminating sheets all come out wrinkled since day one when you put them through the machine. Larger 8-1/2 x 14 legal size laminating sheets get fully stuck and stick to the machine like cookie dough to a rolling pin. Purchasing another lamination machi...

It sounds like the rollers need to be cleaned so please review the manual on how to do so. You will need to use the cleaning sheet which came with the unit. I recommend an UPgrade
I purchased this thinking "cheaper" would be best. After a few months all it does now is jam. We are constantly having to unjam it. Only good for minor use.

2 Dead in 1 year
After about 2 months of using the laminator a couple of times a week it starts making a scaring grinding sound and eventually starts making an awful burning smell.. Thought the first one that went bad was a fluke but now having the second one do that same I would not recommend.

THERMAL LAMINATOR
THIS PRODUCT KEEPS JAMMING AND KEEPS SHUTTING OFF. IT WILL NOT ALWAYS TAKE THE PAPER. LEAVES CREASES IN THE PAPER.

Not too different from the cheap competition
I was in the market for a laminator that could handle dark colored paper and what I got was a streaky uneven result. It shows especially on the black cardboard (picture). This was the result after 2-3 passes. This was a premium price for a very sub par product.

This laminator is as slow as the old one we have it does a good job but is very slow. We were hoping for a faster one.
