Nothing like the picture
The picture is completely different from the actual glue sticks. The actual sticks are HUGE!

Not a fan
In my opinion, the glue is not tacky enough.
Product works passably on envelopes under an ounce. Moving up to #10 envelope, 2oz's or more, presents a situation where the user is adding tape ensure the envelope is secure. The glue needs more "sticky factory".

Not super sticky
These glue sticks aren’t super sticky and it takes a lot of glue to stick! When it tries it also doesn’t dry clear, but this gross yellow.
