They do not last
I thought these were great when I first starting using them and then my pictures starting falling.
Your pictures will suddenly just fall. Sometimes they last for a few days and I have some last a few years, but then they give and things break. DO NOT USE on anything you don't want broken.

Carefully followed instructions and the strips held for a week and then the picture fell off of the wall. Going back to good old fashioned hooks and wires

worked well to hang my licensing
hung my certificates and licensing with these strips. worked well on an inside wall. Haven't been able to use on outside wall, not enough insulation and wall is cold.

Didn't hold
Bought them to hold super light picture frames. Once on my wall they didn't hold more then 20 minutes. Broke 3 of the 4 frames i had used them on. And had strips on all 4 corners of the frames.

Work very well
The medium hanging strips worked very well to mount a white erase board in our kitchen. And there was no need to fuss with hooks and nails in the wall. I definitely recommend them.
