staples is the only company left in the world who can’t cancel an order. i contacted this company less than five minutes after ordering and asked to cancel bc i selected the wrong item and they refused.

Item came bent.
Who ever packed it, used saran wrap to ship it. and the wrap caused it to bend.
Item has crease in the middle.
