Wrong Size
Nothing is wrong with the knob. It’s just not the right one for my dryer. If you’re a rookie like me, be sure to check your model number and match it to the knob you’re ordering.

Works great. I was surprised that the color was white though. It looks gray in the picture.

It's plastic, not aluminum
A little deceiving on the specifications. States material is aluminum. It's plastic ... just like the OEM. The OEM broke because it was plastic, I bought this because it was "aluminum". Oh well.

The Knob is fine - doesn't fit my machine
The knob is new. It just isn't the right one for my dryer. I will be returning it. No fault of Staples. It was just me choosing the wrong one.
