While I appreciate Staples packing up the Ghirardelli Chocolate Squares in a well-insulated Styrofoam cooler with one ice pack, the candy arrived warm and close to melting. Perhaps on another 90-degree day, you could pack it with two ice packs. I realize that it is very challenging to send chocolate via local delivery service (UPS), but maybe you could look into other...

They were old. I am for sure this was a mistake and maybe the product just hadn't been rotated properly.
