Melted and smashed
My chocolates arrived in a package with a melted ice pack and my chocolate was not only melted but completely crushed.

Received product in a package that is marked perishable and it is hot. The icepaks are not cold at all and the chocolates are completely smashed with the centers all over the inside of the bag. I am very disappointed.
